I learned that the most powerful and courageous action you could take while feeling intense emotional pain was to be willing to ask for "HELP". We are not meant to work through feelings of isolation, depression, addiction or anxiety on our own.

Starting therapy can begin to bring clarity and calm to your mind, body and spirit. I will help you overcome feeling stuck and anxious by creating a new awareness and inner attunement with yourself. Inner attunement helps to build trust, connection, safety, and vibrancy.

I am an experienced, compassionate couples’ therapist. And a courageous grief and trauma Internal Family Systems therapist. I will be a nonjudgmental empathic guide as you explore the vulnerable parts of yourself.

I have years of professional and personal experience helping those suffering with trauma, relationship issues, addiction, and codependency.
I have been married for 30 years and have three adult children.
I feel a calling to help couples and individuals learn a new attunement to themselves and to one another.
